Job summary

PD Automotive Division in Huntsville, AL is seeking career-minded drivers to join the start of the production lines for Mazda and Toyota vehicles in the Madison/Huntsville area. Local yard drivers will maintain and organize trailers for line production.

Pay is $25.25 per hour plus overtime. 2nd shift starts at 6:30 PM, with typical 10–12 hour days. This is full-time work, Monday through Friday with some Saturdays; it is a physical role requiring entry/exit from yard trucks and trailer handling.

Qualifications

• Requires 9 months Tractor Trailer experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record without more than three minor traffic violations in past 3 years.
• Yard driving experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shift Info: 2nd shift with 6:30PM start time. Most days will be 10-12 hours.
• Full time, Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays.
• This is a physical position; climb in and out of yard trucks and chalk wheels during shifts.
• Drivers will be backing and pulling trailers off of factory docks.

Driver Job Description:

• Shift Info: 2nd shift with 6:30PM start time. Most days will be 10-12 hours.
• Full time, Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays.
• This is a physical position. Drivers will be required to climb in and out of yard trucks. Hook and unhook trailers as well as chalk wheels throughout their shift.
• Drivers will be backing and pulling trailers off of factory docks.
