10-4 Truck Recruiting seeks drivers in California. The program offers OTR, Dedicated, and Local routes with weekly home-time options and performance bonuses. New drivers begin with 20,000 safe miles, then can advance to higher miles and pay scales.

Responsibilities

• New drivers start in the OTR division and must log 20,000 safe miles before switching lanes.
• Team drivers start earning at $0.55 CPM and get a 5 cent pay raise after 3 months, with the potential for 5,000 miles per week.
• Lease Purchase offers a path to run your own mini business, with up to $3,500/week and fuel incentives.
• Mentor program provides incentives up to $25,000/year and opportunities for extra $200/week plus $1,000 in bonus for each trainee.

• Earn more each week with up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay

Team

Joining another driver as a Team is one of the best ways to accelerate your pay potential. When you team up, the miles and paychecks increase right away.

• Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM and receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
• More miles - with priority loads teams can average 5,000 miles per week

Lease Purchase

The Lease Purchase program is a great way to have the opportunity to run your own mini business.

• Earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives
• Have backup 24/7 with Road Rescue

Driver Mentor

Being a Mentor is one of the most rewarding experiences in trucking. Not only do you get to help the next generation of drivers, there is also the opportunity to earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
