10-4 Truck Recruiting is seeking drivers to operate across OTR, dedicated, and local routes. We offer CDL training where needed and a lease-purchase option. Teams can boost weekly miles and earnings while solo drivers earn steady pay with up-front miles commitments.

• Team driving starts at 0.55 CPM with a 0.05 raise after 3 months; more miles with team loads.

Solo OTR

• Ability to average 2,500+ miles per week
• Earn more each week with up to an additional $.10 CPM in performance pay

Team

Joining another driver as a Team is one of the best ways to accelerate your pay potential. When you team up, the miles and paychecks increase right away.

• Team drivers start earning at $.55 CPM and receive a 5 cent pay raise after just 3 months
• More miles - with priority loads teams can average 5,000 miles per week

Lease Purchase

The Lease Purchase program is a great way to have the opportunity to run your own mini business.

• Earn as much as $3,500/week with more miles and fuel incentives
• Have backup 24/7 with Road Rescue

Driver Mentor

Being a Mentor is one of the most rewarding experiences in trucking. Not only do you get to help the next generation of drivers, there is also the opportunity to earn up to $25,000/year in incentives.
