Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Columbus, OH, with weekly pay, excellent benefits, and a family-friendly driving career. Expect 40+ hour weeks, per diem, endorcement bonuses, and paid training as you operate a mix of 48'–53' trailers and day cab/ sleeper tractors.

This role requires CDL A with endorsements, DOT physical, and a clean driving record. You’ll join a safety‑mocused team delivering to IN, OH, MI, TN & KY on regional routes with strong earning potential and

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass Ryder drug test, background check, and motor vehicle verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Must pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Must have Class A CDL with endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards; maintaining accurate records and logs.
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
