Job summary

Ryder is hiring a Class A CDL Truck Driver in Columbus, OH. You will operate sleeper tractors and dry vans on a regional route with home time weekly and strong pay potential.

Earn over $1,730 per week with mileage, stops, and piece-rate components, plus a monthly performance bonus and paid training. Benefits include PTO from day one, uniforms, 401(k) with company match, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test and a background and motor vehicle check.
• Pass a DOT physical and a Ryder road test.
• Provide a valid CDL and endorsements for the position.
• 9 months to 5 years of tractor-trailer experience as specified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
