Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage all aspects of complex business litigation, including:

1. Drafting pleadings
2. Managing discovery
3. Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials

Qualifications

• Oregon State Bar admission REQUIRED; Washington and/or other licenses preferred
• 4+ years of legal practice with significant litigation experience
• Experience in business litigation, debtor-creditor/bankruptcy, and/or real estate
• Excellent legal research, analysis, and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Commitment to business development and client service
• Strong organizational skills and a desire for professional growth
