Job summary

Airgas Overland Park is hiring a Local Class A Tanker Driver and Production Operator Hazmat & Tanker to join our warehouse team. You will split time between high‑precision gas production and local driving, with most days spent at the plant and occasional deliveries.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with current Medical Card.
• 1 year of verifiable Class A driving experience in past 5 years.
• Active Tanker, Hazmat, and Airbrake endorsements (or ability to obtain Hazmat).
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer for local/regional deliveries of compressed gas cylinders and related equipment.
• Perform production duties and assist with cylinder filling and safety checks as required.
• Maintain accurate manifests and documentation for on‑board computer systems (ELD).
• Load/unload trucks with forklifts, ensuring safe handling of high‑pressure cylinders.
