Hybrid work arrangement in Dearborn, MI, with substantial collaboration across design, engineering and manufacturing teams. The candidate should have 7+ years in Class A Surfacing and proficiency with ICEM Surf, CATIA ISD, Alias, Teamcenter, and Reference Manager.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Class A Surfacing with Design Language consistency.
• Experience with Design Development and DP A processes considered a plus.
• Knowledge of Surface data management and program milestone alignment.

Responsibilities

• Leads program surface progression of Design and surface expert evaluation.
• Leads cross-system surface execution to ensure full system surface compatibility.
• Maintains a coordinated Class A surface database (Reference Manager).
• Incorporates technical and program requirements into surface while preserving design intent.
• Drives resolution of surface data issues via reviews and governance.
• Manages surface changes in Surface Data Management System (SDMS).
• Maintains product structure and part history in Teamcenter.
