Job summary

G.E.X Transport seeks Class A CDL drivers with regional/OTR experience to run within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA. Expect 1,100 miles per trip with 1–6 stops per trailer and weekly home time of 5 days out, 2 days home. Automatic transmissions, hair follicle drug testing, and 100% touch freight are standard.

Pay ranges from $1,750 to $2,000 per week with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include health, dental and vision, 401k and life insurance.

Qualifications

• 3 months experience in regional or O.T.R. truck driving.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate 1100 miles routes with 1–6 stops per trailer.
• Maintain 100% touch freight.
• Follow safety regulations and company policies.

Coverage Area:

VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV all within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA. Running 1100 miles with 1 to 6 stops per trailer.

Home Time Weekly:

Out for 5 days and home for 2 days. (Days off: Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs).

100% Touch freight.

Transmission Type: Automatics.

Drug Test: Hair Test.

Job Requirements:

3 months experience in Regional or O.T.R. truck driving.

Moving Violations:

• No more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 in the last 12 months.

Automatic DQ's:

• No speeding in a school or construction zone in the last 6 months while holding a Class A CDL, outside of 3 months if not holding a CDL.
• More than three moving violations in the past three years.
• More than two moving violation in the last 12 months.
• Any license suspensions in the last 12 months related to moving violations.

Felonies/Misdemeanor:

All other charges will be reviewed.

• No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years.
• No theft by check in the past 3 years.
• No drug charges in the past 10 years.
