Job summary

G.E.X Transport is hiring for a CDL Class A regional driver. Use automatic transmissions, haul 1100 miles with 1–6 stops per trailer and maintain 100% touch freight. Weekly home time and routes within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA, across VA/NC/DC/PA/NH/OH/WV.

A hair-test drug screen is required, with a sign-on bonus of $2,500. Requirements include a minimum of 3 months regional or OTR experience and clean moving violation history.

Responsibilities

• Drive 1100 miles with 1–6 stops per trailer.
• Home weekly: out for 5 days and home for 2 days (Tues/Wed or Wed/Thu).

• Comply with drug testing (Hair Test) requirements.
• Cover coverage area within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA (VA, NC, DC, PA, NH, OH, WV).

Job Requirements: 3 months experience in Regional or O.T.R. truck driving.

Moving Violations: No more than 3 in the last 3 years. No more than 2 in the last 12 months.

Automatic DQ's:

• No speeding in a school or construction zone in the last 6 months while holding a Class A CDL, outside of 3 months if not holding a CDL.
• More than three moving violations in the past three years.
• More than two moving violation in the last 12 months.
• Any license suspensions in the last 12 months related to moving violations.

Felonies/Misdemeanor: All other charges will be reviewed.

No felony for arson or theft in the last 10 years. No theft by check in the past 3 years. No drug charges in the past 10 years.
