Job summary

C3 Trucking is hiring drivers to haul meat, with a planned 14-hour shift and nightly departures from the distribution center. Most loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp reefers; deliveries start in the morning to Chicago and surrounding suburbs, with 34 hours home weekly.

Drivers enjoy 2,000–2,500 USD gross per week, with a schedule of 2–3 days home weekly and a 34-hour reset. Must have 3 months Class A experience, clean MVR, and pass a hair/urine drug test.

Qualifications

• 3 months Class A experience with a 53 ft trailer.
• Clean MVR.
• Must pass hair and urine drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate a 14-hour drive shift, starting deliveries in the morning.
• Deliver to store locations, including downtown Chicago and surrounding suburbs.
• Load/unload as required; lift gates and pallet jacks on inner city stores.

Job Details!

Dedicated customer preloaded trailers and allow drivers to get at least 34 hours at home each week.
Currently we do a combination of shuttles, full load, and delivery from shuttle point.
(Shuttle points are Whitestown, IN or Demotte, IN)
Driver Does haul meat, does not haul alcohol.
A Driver is planned on a full 14 hr. drive shift.
Drivers leave the DC during the night and make their deliveries starting in the morning.

All loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual temp reefers
Most stores are store unload with the driver observing the unload
The inner city stores will require the use of lift gate and pallet jacks
Delivery Locations: All loads start and final at the West Jefferson, OH with deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs

Schedule: 2-3 days home weekly PLUS a 34-hour reset
Current hours of operation 2100 - noon (overnights), 7 days a week with no set days off

$2000-$2500 weekly gross average
