Job summary

CIT Logistics is seeking a dedicated CDL-A truck driver for a semi-local route with home time 2-3 days per week. Loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual-temp reefers, with some store unloads and potential lift-gate/pallet jack usage.

The account covers routes from Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN to Chicago area, finishing back in OH. Schedule includes a 34-hour restart and mostly overnight shifts; this is a 24/7 operation, so hours may vary.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated shuttle routes and deliveries as assigned.
• Handle lift-gate and pallet jack at stores when required.

DEDICATED SEMI-LOCAL CDL-A TRUCK DRIVER - HOME 2-3 DAYS PER WEEK

Up to$2,500 per week pay (Range $1,850-$2,500)

Join our dedicated account running a mix of shuttles, full loads, and deliveries from shuttle points in Whitestown, IN and Demotte, IN. All loads are pre-loaded on tri-temp/dual temp reefers. Most stores are store unload with the driver observing the unload. The inner city stores will require the use of lift gate and pallet jacks. All loads start and final at the West Jefferson, OH with deliveries to downtown Chicago and the surrounding Chicago suburbs. Schedule: 2-3 days home weekly with a 34-hour reset. This account is a 24/7 operation, so shift times may vary. Current hours of operation 2100 - noon (overnights).
