Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions Inc in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Class A Route Delivery Driver to operate company vehicles, delivering freight to customer locations on a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 7:30am with a focus on safety and on-time service.

You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, complete required DOT paperwork, and unload/load freight with or without mechanical aid. Hazmat/Tanker endorsements are preferred or obtainable, with reimbursements for renewals.

Qualifications

• CDL A required with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements preferred or willingness to obtain.
• DOT/paperwork familiarity with government regulations and company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Delivers and/or picks up freight to/from customer locations and/or a terminal as instructed by dispatch.
• Ensures all shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection.
• Loads and/or unloads a wide variety of freight onto and off a company motor vehicle, with or without mechanical assistance.

This position unloads, sorts, palletizes, and reloads a wide variety of freight, manually or with the aid of a mechanical device.
