Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is hiring a Class A truck driver for regional routes with weekly home time. You will unload freight using roller conveyors and maintain safe, on-time deliveries across the operating area.

Expect to complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate logs, and communicate with dispatch. DOT drug screen required; a clean MVR and valid CDL Class A are mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license is mandatory.

Experience Drivers:

Over the Road or Regional experience.

Account:

$1600 to $2100 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: MN, SD, ND, IA, NE, KS, MO, AR, OK, TN and KY).

Load:

2 to 3 loads per week and 4 to 5 stops per load.

Duties:

Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time. Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Moving Violation:

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.

Accident:

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Rollover.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.

Terminations:

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI:

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
