In this role, you'll be responsible for safely delivering goods along designated routes, making sure everything arrives on time while maintaining our high standards for safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Running lanes all states West of the Mississippi.
2. Drop N Hook and live load/unload.
3. Run 4-6 weeks with a trainer OTR if you have less than 6 months of experience.
4. Home time every 3 weeks.
5. Orientation in Las Vegas, NV.
6. Willingness to drive during day or night shifts.
7. Average weekly miles: 1800-2000.

Requirements

1. Graduated from an accredited truck driving school with 120+ hours.
2. At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL.
3. Clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the past 5 years.
4. No recent terminations from previous jobs.
5. No DUI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 5 years; criminal history to be reviewed for safety considerations.
6. Solid 10-year work history with minimal employment gaps; maximum of 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years.
7. Ability to pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screening.
8. Expected average weekly pay: $1200.
9. 15-stop pay per route.
10. $20 for loads under 100 miles.
11. Training pay of $650/week for 4-6 weeks if less than 6 months of experience.
12. Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile.
13. Full benefits (medical, dental, 401K, PTO) after 30 days.
