Trainee: Paid Over‑the‑road training with a Driver Mentor.

Home Time: 2 weeks Over-the-Road and 2 days at home.

Compensation: $1300 to $1500 per week.

Average weekly miles: 2500 to 3200.

Experienced Driver: Over‑the‑road or regional experience may qualify for experienced pay.
