IMPORTANT UPDATE: 08/12/24. For a limited time only. We are offering the first 10 owners a one-time deal with 92% linehaul (92/8) and a $200 deduction for cargo and liability insurance. Solo Owner Operator Gross Pay:

• Expect OTR average gross of 5K to 8K+ per week during this post-COVID market. Could be better, but we are working.
• We conserve fuel by booking shorter runs and avoiding long hauls (2000 to 3000 miles per week).
• Most average owners on an average week earn 6k to 7k weekly even in this market.
• Team drivers may earn about 1.7 times more gross per peak, peaking at about 13k per week. We may or may not consider hiring teams; this market supports shorter runs and is not conducive to team driving.

Wanted:

• Owner Operators with 2+ years of experience who have reliable trucks. We want good people and will pay good money.

Regions:

• Lower 48 with a primary focus on Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West regions. 100% optional high-paying Canadian loads are offered to qualified applicants. Some routes have changed; ask about it.

Gross Earnings:

• Normally 260,000 to 364,000 per year gross.

Job Description:

• Must have Class A CDL. Additional endorsements are a bonus
• Must have 2+ years of CDL experience
• Must have clean MVR and a reasonable PSP
• Must have a reliable tractor. We rent trailers if you don’t own one

Driver Requirements:

• Truck driving is demanding; you must be healthy and willing to work
• Must be at least 23 years old
• Minimum of 2 years driving experience
• Valid CDL Class A with no pending suspensions
• Ability to use modern ELD systems
• Must pass a drug test; no exceptions
• Valid medical card
• Stable work history and good references
• No more than 3 moving violations/accidents in last 3 years
• No failed or refused drug/alcohol tests in last 4 years
• No DWI/DUI/BAC in last 4 years
• No reckless driving convictions in last 3 years
• No license suspension for points or unpaid tickets in last 3 years
• No more than 2 moving violations in the last year
• Provide at least 3 years of work history; verifications will be performed

Gross Earnings Explained:

We base the normal solo driver gross earnings on a gross of 5K to 8K+ per week, consistent with market conditions described. Gross earnings depend on availability and miles driven. We typically book loads at about 2.30+ per mile; peak seasons may be higher. Rates vary with freight demand, season, location, and market trends. Some owners earn less due to drive time; others earn more with more miles. Our dispatch team works to maximize top dollar year-round. After all, we are partners in this; the more you make, the more we make.
