Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking Over the Road CDL Class A drivers to handle long-haul freight across the continental United States. Typical schedule involves 21 days out and a choice of home 7 days or 18 days out with 5 days home, with a driving range of 2,500–3,000 miles per week.

Candidates must be at least 21, have a CDL A, and pass DOT alcohol and drug screenings. A clean MVR and background check are required to qualify for this role.

• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine and hair follicle).

Experience Drivers:

8 months of Over the Road or Regional experience.

Pay:

$1675 to $2300 per week., plus C.S.A bonus of $750.

Over the Road

Driver will work 21 consecutive days and Fly home for 7days or 18 days out and 5 days home your choice.

Operating Area:

Drivers on this over the road job operate in All 48 States except for New York City.

Miles per week:

2500 to 3000.

Duties:

Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 with a valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine and Hair Follicle Test.

Moving Violation:

• No more than 3 in the last 3 years in a C.M.V.
• No more than 2 in the last 12 months in a C.M.V.

Incidents/Accident:

No more than 3 parking lot accidents in the past 2 years, if a person has 3 this must be reviewed.

Warnings on P.S.P is the same as a ticket in their system.

Felonies:

All reviewable, No pending charges.

Misdemeanors:

All reviewable, No pending charges.

DUI/DWI:

No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
