Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Dry Van and Flatbed Drivers with Security Clearance.

Position Overview

Class A OTR Team Driver with Security Clearance (DoD)

• Seeking CDL Class A drivers willing to go OTR in a 2025 Freightliner
• Established teams and husband & wife teams strongly encouraged to apply
• Open to matching teams
• $2000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days
• Company driver position with excellent benefits and opportunities

Position Details

• $2,000 minimum guarantee per driver, based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (Line haul + driver accessorial)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid 2-day orientation held weekly
• 2025 Double bunk Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters
• Rental cars and private hotel rooms provided
• Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance

Hiring Criteria

• Class A CDL - Regional or OTR experience required
• Two years of recent and consistent verifiable experience
• Must be 23 years or older
• DoD experience is a plus
• Twic card and Hazmat endorsement required
• Security Clearance required. Drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted.

Woodfield will assist in obtaining the clearance for highly qualified drivers.
