Description:

Woodfield, based out of Camden, AR, is hiring for Class A OTR Team Dry Van and Flatbed Drivers with Security Clearance.

Position Details:

• $2,000 sign-on bonus per driver after 90 days
• Company driver position with benefits and opportunity
• $2,000 minimum guarantee per driver based on availability or percentage pay, whichever is greater (Line haul + driver accessorial)
• $1,000 Referral Bonus
• Paid 2-day orientation held weekly
• 2025 Freightliners with upgraded interior, APU's, refrigerators, and inverters
• Rental cars/private hotel rooms
• Paid weekly via Direct Deposit
• Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and Company Paid Life Insurance
• 401k available after 6 months
• Paid Vacation/Holidays
• Get home every 10-14 days on average, based on driver's home location

Hiring Criteria:

• Class A CDL - Regional or OTR experience required
• 2 years of verifiable recent and consistent experience
• 23 years or older
• DoD experience a plus
• Twic card & Hazmat required
• Security Clearance required. Drivers who have already applied for clearance are accepted. Woodfield will assist in obtaining the clearance for highly qualified drivers.
