Class A OTR Solo Truck Driver - $12.50 Detention Pay & $100 Layover Pay - $2200+ Miles per Week

Job Summary:

• Pay: See Pay Detail Sheet in Salary Section
• Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after the 2nd hour
• Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day
• Mileage Bonus: 3 CPM based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity (eligible on the 1st of the month after your hire date)

• Home Time: Out 12 days, home 2 full days (48 hours) every other weekend
• Shift: Various shifts depending on route schedules
• Equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliners or Kenworths
• Average Length of Haul: Over 600 miles
• Lane Info: Average 2200+ miles per week
• Region: OTR all 48 states (majority of freight East of I-35, but routes can vary)
• Touch or No Touch Freight: 100% no-touch freight (50-60% drop & hook, 40-50% live unload)
• No Forced Dispatch into NYC
