Job summary

American Driver offers dry van or reefer freight with consistent miles and pay. Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM as a reefer driver or $0.76–$0.81 CPM as a dry van driver, with average take-home up to $2,700 or $2,400 per week respectively.

Drivers are paid for all miles, loaded or empty, with $150 layover pay, $25/hour detention after two hours, and weekly direct deposit. Typical routes are OTR with home time options of 2 weeks out/2 days home or 3 weeks out/4 days home.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable OTR experience.
• No DUI, DWI, or SAP history.
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No reckless driving convictions or speeding violations of 15 MPH or more.
• Employment history must meet company guidelines (maximum of 8 jobs in the last 3 years).
• Must pass a standard DOT urine drug test (no hair follicle test).

Weekly Earnings

Reefer Drivers

• Earn $0.81–$0.86 CPM
• Average take-home pay up to $2,700 per week

Dry Van Drivers

• Earn $0.76–$0.81 CPM
• Average take-home pay up to $2,400 per week

Additional Pay

• Paid on all miles, loaded and empty
• $150 layover pay
