Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Dump Truck Driver. Candidates need to have the ability to perform a Pre and Post Trip inspection, write legibly and communicate effectively. Must be capable of sitting for extended periods with occasional climbing and stooping and walking around the truck. In this role, you will transport a variety of construction materials from one location to another. You will need to plan the most efficient route, ensure adherence to Start Times, and perform routine vehicle inspections. The ideal candidate has experience driving trucks and makes safety a number one priority.

Responsibilities

• Pick up materials in one location and transport to another location.
• Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Plan the safest and most efficient routes of travel.
• Adhere to Start Times.
• Maintain a driving log, including work periods and fuel expenses.
• Comply with all company policies and driving laws.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Dump Truck Driver is preferred.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Familiarity with GPS systems, CB radios, and Google Maps technology.
• Understanding of all relevant truck driving laws and regulations.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
