Job description

Class A Local Flatbed Driver - $23/$25 per hour

Position: Responsible for planning and executing delivery activities, preparing loads, following routes, and assisting with merchandise installations or returns. Duties include unloading, installing, and checking appliances and store equipment. Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards, observe DOT regulations, Hazmat, and power equipment safety, and keep certifications current.

Job Requirements: Must be available mornings, afternoons, and evenings any day of the week. Physically capable of moving large, heavy merchandise and performing tasks requiring prolonged standing or sitting.

Minimum Qualifications: Valid Class A or B license with air brake endorsement, ability to read, write, and do basic arithmetic, and be at least 21 years old.

Preferred Qualifications: 3 months forklift or Moffett experience, 1 year semi-truck driving or certification, 6 months in-home delivery or retail customer service.
