Jernigan Oil Company, Inc. in Selma, NC is seeking a Fuel Transport Driver to transport and deliver products in a safe, legal, and timely manner. You will report to the Dispatcher for support and help ensure compliance with DOT regulations.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing hoses and equipment, completing paperwork, maintaining records, and representing the company professionally to customers. A valid Class A CDL with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements is required.

Formación

• Knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and motor carrier safety standards.
• Medical and safety standards required by the DOT regulations and company guidelines.
• Negative results on all pre-employment and ongoing drug & alcohol screenings.
• Ability to load, unload, and secure products using company-approved methods.
• Capable of handling equipment required for delivery and securement.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• One year of experience preferred; knowledge of electronics such as a tablet is a plus.
• Must hold a valid CDL Class A with Hazmat, Tanker, and Air Brake endorsements.

Responsabilidades

• Transport and deliver Jernigan Oil products in a professional, safe, efficient, timely, and legal manner.
• Secure hoses and other essential tools using approved securing methods.
• Load and unload trailers; perform lifting, pulling, and carrying as required.
• Complete paperwork and maintain records per state and federal laws.
• Ensure operations comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Adhere to the Employee Handbook provisions at all times.
• Represent Jernigan Oil Company, Inc. to customers and the public professionally.
