Description

Ecology Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a qualified Class A Driver to join our Transportation team. The role involves the safe and efficient transportation of materials using flatbed trailers, requiring a Class A CDL and a commitment to safety, compliance, and environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Operate Flatbed Trailers safely to transport materials.
• Follow traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Inspect and maintain trailers, reporting issues promptly.
• Load and unload materials securely.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Follow routes and schedules, adjusting as needed.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and disposal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with endorsements preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with flatbed trailers.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good communication skills, independent work capability.
• Reliable with a focus on meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and logbooks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands & Environment

• Regular sitting, vehicle operation, reaching, talking, hearing.
• Frequent lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
• Visual requirements include near/far vision, depth perception.
• Exposure to outdoor weather conditions possible.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary ranges from $33,280 to $81,120 annually, based on experience and performance, with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and life insurance. Final package depends on qualifications and skills.

Work Schedule

Monday to Saturday, 3AM - 3PM.
