Job summary

Staffmark is now hiring for a Class A Flatbed Driver in Elgin, TX, paying $28.00 per hour, with a Monday–Friday schedule and a 3 AM start time.

You will transport bricks, perform load securement with straps and a Moffett forklift, and conduct vehicle inspections while coordinating with dispatch to ensure safe, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be 22+ years old.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Moffett forklift experience.
• Stable work history.
• DOT Medical Card.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 9 months CDL experience (past 3 years).
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents (past 3 years).
• No DUI, reckless driving, or serious violations (past 5 years).

Driving Requirements

As a Class A Flatbed Driver you will safely operate vehicles to transport goods, materials, or equipment while following established routes, schedules, and safety regulations. You will perform vehicle inspections, maintain required documentation, communicate with dispatch or customers as needed, and help ensure deliveries are completed safely, accurately, and on time while maintaining a professional appearance and commitment to customer service.
