Class A End Dump Driver - County Ready Mix Corporation (Transportation)

We are seeking a Dump Truck Driver for County Materials. Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply.

About the position:
  • Competitive hourly pay
  • Operate Quad Axle Dump Truck hauling both intercompany and to work sites daily
  • Home every night

Job Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service when interfacing with clients
  • Perform daily preventive maintenance and ensure trucks are clean and in good condition
  • Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and in-route inspections, including securement devices
  • Verify cargo, delivery destinations, and ensure delivery tickets are signed and returned
  • Ensure accurate cargo placement and compliance with DOT regulations
  • Follow all safety policies, including PPE usage
  • Unload materials using approved methods
  • Communicate consistently with dispatchers
  • Maintain professional and courteous customer relations
Work Environment:

Outdoor weather conditions, near moving machinery and traffic on roads

Physical Requirements:

Climb stairs/ladders, reach, squat, sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, bend, push, pull, and reach above shoulder

Experience & Qualifications:
  • Valid Class A or B CDL required prior to hire
  • Active DOT qualification
  • Minimum 2 years of driving experience
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Self-motivated and flexible
  • Prior end loader experience is a plus but not required; training provided
