MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for local and regional runs based out of Compton, CA. Local positions offer home daily with up to $30 per hour; regional positions pay per mile with 0.60 per mile for solo drives and 0.80 per mile for teams, with weekly home time.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS range from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a $1,000 driver referral bonus. MDB provides full benefits, weekly pay, and a steady dry-van freight schedule.

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Compton, CA terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:

LOCAL / HOURLY — HOME DAILY:

• Up to $30 per hour.
• All runs within 250 miles of our yard.
• Home every day.

REGIONAL / PER MILE:

• $0.60 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers: ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

POTENTIAL EARNINGS:

$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

BOTH POSITIONS INCLUDE:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.

• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
• No special endorsements required.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
