Job summary

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers for local and regional routes out of Compton, CA. Choose from Local/Hourly or Regional/Per Mile positions with steady miles, home daily or weekly home time, and reliable pay.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a $1,000 referral bonus, 99% no-touch freight, weekly direct deposit, full benefits, and a W-2 schedule. Must have valid CDL and 2+ years of experience; English literacy required.

Local / Hourly — Home Daily

MDB Transportation is hiring experienced CDL Class A drivers out of our Compton, CA terminal. We have TWO position types open — pick the one that fits your life:

• Up to $30 per hour.
• All runs within 250 miles of our yard.
• Home every day.

Regional / Per Mile

• $0.60 per mile for solo drivers.
• Runs 250+ miles — Western states.
• Consistent weekly home time.

Team drivers:

ask about our $0.80 per mile team rate.

Potential Earnings

$70,000 – $100,000 per year — plus your $5,000 sign-on bonus. Steady, dedicated freight means consistent paychecks year-round, not feast-or-famine miles.

Both Positions Include

About Mdb Transportation

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience.
• Clean driving record — reliable and safety-focused.
• Must be able to read and communicate in English (FMCSA requirement) — bilingual is a plus.
• No special endorsements required.
• Must be able to work as a W-2 company driver.
