Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Class A Driver role based in Bakersfield, CA. The Class A Driver will operate company trucks to transport materials, equipment, and supplies to and from construction sites and other designated locations. Daily responsibilities include performing pre- and post-trip inspections, following all DOT and company safety regulations, and maintaining accurate delivery and load documentation. The driver will coordinate with dispatch, site supervisors, and clients to ensure timely deliveries and professional interactions. The role may involve loading and unloading materials, assisting at job sites as needed, and keeping vehicles clean, safe, and in good working order.

Qualifications

• Strong Truck Driving skills and safe operation of commercial trucks.
• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• Effective Communication skills for coordinating with dispatch, supervisors, and clients.
• Customer Service skills to represent TRBinc. professionally on job sites and during deliveries.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement, and basic vehicle inspection procedures.
• Ability to work on-site in varying weather and construction site conditions, and lift moderate to heavy materials as needed.
• Reliable attendance, time management, and ability to follow safety protocols and company policies.
• Previous experience driving in construction or industrial environments is preferred.
