HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in the Youngstown, Warren, OH area, is looking for a Class A CDL Driver / Operator with Tanker & Hazmat endorsements to join their safety-conscious team. The Class A Operator is responsible for the safe and proper execution of HPC Industrial jobs across all service lines. This includes supervising and completing single-task jobs with one crew, and managing turnarounds at client sites in accordance with client and company policies. Must be licensed to drive manual transmission vehicles. TWIC card required. Travel within region required. Sign-on bonus: $5,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as safety representative, ensuring safety policies and procedures are followed for both the company and the customer, including operations, safety, equipment, emergency response, and administrative functions.
  • Operate vacuum equipment, hydro blasting equipment, and other specialized machinery such as Ultra High-Pressure pumps.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and ensure surface conformance to specifications.
  • Transport equipment and personnel as needed.
  • Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, maintain driver logs, and comply with all vehicle and DOT requirements.
  • Load and unload hoses, and unload vacuum trucks at disposal sites.
  • Perform general maintenance and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Vocational training including safety courses and on-the-job experience.
  • English proficiency sufficient to understand safety instructions and respond in emergencies.
  • Valid Class A CDL license; HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements.
  • TWIC card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
  • Experience operating vacuum trucks and related equipment.
Additional Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Availability for flexible schedules and regional travel.
