Job summary

Bunzl Distribution is seeking professional Drivers to join our team, serving as ambassadors and key contacts for our customers. You will operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles, deliver goods locally and over long distances, and uphold our safety standards.

Starting between 2:00–5:00 am, pay is $25 per hour, paid weekly. We offer benefits, competitive wages, and opportunities for career growth within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Hold valid Class A CDL and maintain a clean driving record.
• Demonstrate strong communication and time-management skills.
• Understand DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
• Able to operate and navigate commercial vehicles.
• Willing to pass background checks and medical verification.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods locally and long-distance to customer locations.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and timely submission of logs and paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and ensure items are secured.
• Report vehicle issues to management and assist with maintenance as needed.

2:00-5:00am Start Time | $25 per hour | Paid Weekly

A Day in the Life:

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods in a timely and safe manner to customer locations, both local and long-distance.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and ensure timely submission of logs and paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading, ensuring items are safely secured.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained, reporting any issues to management immediately.

The Must-Haves:

• Valid Class A CDL.
• A clean driving record, based on our fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate a variety of commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and best driving practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass background check, drug tests, and maintain an active medical card.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance

What We Prefer:

• At least 2 years of Driving experience.
• Experience with GPS and routing software.
