Starting Pay: $28 per hour

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate a CMV for the delivery of products in a variety of traffic and weather conditions.
2. Perform required pre- and post-trip inspections, including ensuring correct products are on the truck, filling out paperwork, and handling invoices.
3. Load and unload products for customers.
4. Maintain all required certifications by DOT and company safety programs.
5. Develop expertise in products, inventory controls, and procedures.
6. Provide exceptional customer service.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
2. Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
3. Valid, non-expired interstate Medical Card.
4. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 100 pounds regularly.
5. Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, walk, and sit for long periods.
6. Effective communication skills in English.
7. Compliance with truck driving rules, regulations, and company policies.
8. Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
9. Pass pre-employment testing (Drug Screen, Background Check).
10. Meet or exceed minimum requirements established by Quirch Foods and FMCSR.
