CDL Class A Local Driver with $3,000 sign on bonus

Location: 18101 E Colfax Ave Aurora, CO 80011

Pay: $26.50–$32.50/hour (based on experience)

Shift: Mon-Fri 1am start time

We are seeking a dependable CDL Class A Driver for a local route. This position offers daily home time and involves operating a manual transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailer to complete timely and accurate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform local deliveries (home daily) in a safe and efficient manner
• Operate a manual transmission day cab with a 53-foot trailer
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all deliveries
• Maintain and process required documentation, including:
  • Freight bills
  • Bills of Lading (BOLs)
  • Over-Short-Damage (OSD) reports
  • Manifests and driver logs
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Adhere to safety standards in warehouse, dock, and driving operations
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and customers

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Minimum 6 months of driving experience
• Ability to operate a manual transmission
• Clean driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements

• Must pass a background check and physical assessment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods

• Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception

Pay

$26.50–$32.50/hour (based on experience)

$3,000 Sign On Bonus - Must be hired and complete the following days to be eligible for the bonus.

• $1,000 at 90 days
• $1,000 at 120 days
• $1,000 at 1 year
