Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Driver - Class A to support event deliveries across locations. You will transport equipment safely between warehouses, venues, and customer sites, ensuring on-time deliveries and compliance with transportation regulations.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a valid license for vehicles 26,000 lb and less, and be prepared for travel exceeding 75%. A DOT medical certificate is required or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to apply.
• Minimum one year of commercial driving experience required.
• Experience transporting event, production, or commercial equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport equipment to and from warehouse facilities, event venues, and customer locations.
• Load, secure, transport, and unload equipment in accordance with company and DOT requirements.
• Maintain a clean driving record and operate company vehicles safely and professionally.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of all assigned shipments and equipment.
• Complete required logs, inspections, and transportation documentation accurately and on time.
• Communicate shipment status and transportation activities with warehouse, operations, and event teams.
• Support warehouse operations and equipment handling as needed.
