Class A Driver for Branch Transfers throughout Utah

Burton Lumber operates a small fleet of tractor-trailers delivering to our branches. Our tractors include 389 Pete's and T-880 Kenworth's, with 53' all-aluminum trailers. Drivers are home every day, with some Saturday runs (voluntary) during busy periods.

Compensation is based on a per-load basis, with current drivers earning between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. We offer a $2,000 signing bonus. Drivers typically complete 3-4 loads per day, including at least one daily run to St. George on a rotation. Our team benefits from loaders at Salt Lake and unloaders at all branches, minimizing downtime. Benefits include a full package, 401(k) with matching, health insurance, dental, and more.

This job allows you to complete your runs efficiently and enjoy the rest of your day. Pay is performance-based, providing opportunities to earn more with additional loads and time. All fleet operations utilize E-logs.
