CDL Truck Driver Benefits:

• Average $1,400-$2,100 per week
• Additional pay for tarps, extra drops, and layovers
• Quarterly bonuses up to $.06 CPM based on fuel, productivity, and safety
• Fuel card with driver advance options
• Peterbilt trucks
• Primarily 10-speed manual transmissions
• Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, 401K, supplemental insurance, legal aid, and paid vacation

CDL Truck Driver Requirements:

• At least 23 years old
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience (military driving experience qualifies)
• Clear pre-employment drug screening
• Valid DOT physical/medical card
• Steady work history; excessive work changes may disqualify
• Must provide a physical address
• No more than 4 moving violations in the past 3 years
• No DUI or reckless driving in the past 3 years
• Felony convictions in the past 5 years disqualify
