Job description

Job Title: Class A Driver

Location: Working in Multiple States

Job Type: Full-Time

Travel: Up to 95%; Starting and ending your day in the same assigned location

Salary: Hourly Range: $36.24-$40.08 and benefit package per Collective Bargaining Agreement

Duties/Responsibilities/Physical Requirements:

• Operation of manual transmission dump and flatbed trailers on and off public highways
• Ability to complete equipment inspections and electronic log books per DOT regulations
• Knowledge of federal and state cargo securement laws
• Ability to read and write descriptions of mechanical problems and repairs
• Experience with understanding/reading haul permits
• Perform safety-sensitive tasks
• Perform all work in accordance with Brandenburg's environmental and safety policies
• Maintain regular and predictable performance

Education / Experience:

Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent; Valid Class 'A' CDL with doubles/triples endorsement; Hazmat with tanker endorsements or the ability to obtain; 1-2 years of tractor-trailer experience; Ability to meet all DOT requirements; 3 years of clean driving record
