Staffmark Group is hiring a Class A Driver in Coppell, TX. This role involves operating automatic Class A dry van and reefer equipment, performing local and regional routes across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, and delivering goods with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Starting pay is $29.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k). Experience preferred but not required beyond one year.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of Class A CDL driving experience within the last 3 years.
• Experience with touch freight deliveries preferred.
• Experience unloading freight using a pallet jack or dolly.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to provide professional customer service during deliveries.
• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Current DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registration required.
• Clear MVR required.
• No more than 2 moving violations within the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 employers within the last 5 years.
• No DUI, reckless driving, or other serious driving violations within the last 5 years.
• Must be at least 22 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate automatic Class A dry van and reefer equipment.
• Transport office supplies and warehouse products to customer locations.
• Complete local and regional routes throughout Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
• Typical routes include West Texas, Texarkana, Longview, Houston, San Antonio, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.
• Make an average of 3-9 delivery stops per route.
• Load and unload freight using a pallet jack or dolly.
• Verify freight, delivery paperwork, and customer orders for accuracy.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations.
• Lift and move freight weighing up to 50 pounds.
