Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a Class A Delivery Driver in Bismarck, ND. You will make direct store deliveries to customers, loading/unloading, and handling payments.

This role offers a 4-day work week, overtime, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Overnight with expenses paid and some Saturdays may be required. Strong driving record, valid CDL, and knowledge of the local area are essential; high school diploma or GED required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Experience in beverage or direct-store delivery is a plus.
• Strong math and cash handling accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload the truck efficiently.
• Deliver products to stores with multiple stops.
• Deliver using a two-wheeler or other approved means.
• Handle customer payments accurately.
• Complete and collect all required paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service on every route.

We are currently looking for a Class A Delivery Driver to join our team!

Competitive Pay

$28.52/hour + $2.00/hour driver premium

4 Day WORK WEEK

1 overnight with all expenses paid and able to work some Saturdays, as needed.

Hours

40 hours per week plus overtime!

Sign On Bonus

$1500 Sign On Bonus!

Beverage Delivery Driver is responsible for making direct store deliveries to customers

• Loading/unloading truck


• Timely route delivery with numerous stops


• Delivering product into stores using a two-wheeler or other means


• Handling customer payments


• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected


• Providing excellent customer service

Job Requirements

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement


• Previous Delivery Driving experience


• A good driving record


• Heavy repetitive lifting is involved, must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly


• Good math skills


• Good knowledge of the Bismarck and surrounding area


• Detail oriented


• Self motivated, work independently and self managed to meet deadlines


• High School diploma or GED


• Must be 21 years of age
