Johnson Brothers is seeking a Class A Delivery Driver in Bismarck, ND. The role offers competitive pay at $28.52 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour driver premium, a four‑day work week with one overnight shift, and all expenses paid. The position includes 40 hours per week with overtime and a $1,500 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, timely route delivery with many stops, delivering to stores, handling payments, completing paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Previous delivery driving experience.
• Good driving record.
• Heavy repetitive lifting required; able to lift up to 65 lbs. repeatedly.
• Good math skills.
• Good knowledge of the Bismarck and surrounding area.
• Detail oriented.
• Self‑motivated, work independently and manage deadlines.
• Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Loading/unloading truck.
• Timely route delivery with numerous stops.
• Delivering product into stores using a two‑wheeler or other means.
• Handling customer payments.
• Making sure paperwork is correctly completed and collected.
• Providing excellent customer service.
