Location: Streator, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Start Time: 2:30 am – 6 am (May occasionally have an overnight shift)

Hourly rate starts at $32.23, increasing to $34.73 after the probation period.

Main Ingredients of the Job

• Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
• Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place them in designated customer storage areas.
• Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
• Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
• Provide professional customer service to enhance the client experience.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.

Physical Requirements

• Lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs repeatably during each shift.
• Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).

What You Bring To The Table

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence, including necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
• Minimum six months of commercial driving experience (any industry) or three months in the food & beverage delivery industry.
• Manual transmission operation preferred; may be required in specific locations.
• Must read, communicate, and understand English (conversations, highway traffic signs, official inquiries, reports).
