Job summary

Cass Clay is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and deliver dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route. You will unload by hand and build relationships with customers on a fixed schedule, with routes designed for nightly home time.

Compensation is $33.70 per hour. Benefits include union pension, 401(k), paid vacation/holidays, healthcare, and an employee rewards program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• One year related experience preferred.
• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record.
• 21+ years of age and able to pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently.
• Unload and deliver dairy products to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Build relationships with customers using a positive, friendly attitude.
• Follow the route schedule and maintain on-time delivery.

Job description

Cass Clay has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

COMPENSATION

• $33.70 per hour

SCHEDULE

This is a relief roles, so days of the week and times will vary. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, no scheduled weekends. Company car provided to commute between Brainerd and St. Cloud

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year related experience preferred
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays
