Job summary

Cass Clay is seeking dependable CDL-A delivery truck relief drivers to operate a tractor-trailer safely and deliver dairy products on an assigned route. Drivers build relationships with each customer with a friendly attitude and are home nightly on established routes.

Qualifications

• One year experience operating a Class A vehicle.
• Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently to deliver dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route.
• Unload/deliver products and build relationships with customers on each route.
• Adhere to schedule and maintain safe driving practices.

Job description

Cass Clay has immediate job openings for dependable CDL-A delivery truck relief driver to operate a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently and manually unload/deliver various dairy products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule. Our drivers build relationships with each customer using their positive, friendly attitude and become familiar with their operations to meet needs and expectations.

COMPENSATION:

• $33.30 per hour

SCHEDULE:

4-10 hour shifts: Tuesday (2am-12pm), Wednesday (11am-8pm), Friday (4am-2pm), Saturday (4am-2pm)

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• One year experience operating Class A Vehicle, required
• Valid Class-A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• 21+ years of age
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English
• Ability to push, pull and lift up to 55 pounds
• Willing to work flexible hours, including overtime as required, occasional weekends and holidays (if applicable – adjust as needed)

Pay Range

$33.30/hr
