Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account. Expect 2,100–2,300 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight and a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations.

Weekly home time and flexible schedules (Sun-Sun or Mon-Sat) are available across the Southeast and Mid-South. Qualified candidates will have at least six months of recent experience (CDL graduates may be considered in select Alabama locations) and must pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Six months of recent driving experience preferred.
• CDL graduates must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited truck driving school.
• New CDL graduates may be considered in Pennington, Birmingham, and Montgomery, Alabama.
• Fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past five years.
• No DUI convictions within the past five years.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law.
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job.
• Stable 10-year work history with no significant gaps.
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens

Responsibilities

• Operate a dedicated regional dry van account across the Southeast and Mid-South.
• Maintain 2,100–2,300 miles per week with 100% no-touch freight.
• Handle drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations as needed.
• Maintain weekly home time.
• Adhere to schedules: depart Sunday or Monday and return Friday or Saturday.
• Coordinate with dispatch for route planning and load assignments

Pay and Benefits

• $1,100–$1,300 per week
• $0.55 per mile
• $40 additional pay for loads under 100 miles
• $100 monthly bonus
• Monthly safety and performance bonus of up to $0.06 per mile
