Job summary

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated regional dry van account offering consistent freight, no-touch loads, and weekly home time. Drivers with at least six months of recent experience are preferred, and qualified CDL graduates may be considered in select Alabama locations.

Routes span the Southeast and Mid-South with occasional Mid-Atlantic and Midwest runs, averaging 2,100–2,300 miles weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Six months of recent driving experience preferred.
• New CDL grads may be considered in select Alabama locations.
• No major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in past five years.
• No DUI within past five years.
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within past 10 years.
• Pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Operate dedicated regional routes with 100% no-touch freight.
• Follow schedules and deliver on time across routes.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections and safe driving.
• Maintain clean driving record and comply with company policies.

Job Details

• Dedicated regional account
• Routes throughout the Southeast and Mid-South, with occasional Mid-Atlantic and Midwest runs
• Approximately 2,100–2,300 miles per week
• 100% no-touch dry van freight
• Mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload operations
• Weekly home time
• Typical schedules: depart Sunday and return Friday, or depart Monday and return Saturday

Pay and Benefits

• $1,100–$1,300 per week
• $0.55 per mile
• $40 additional pay for loads under 100 miles
• $100 monthly bonus
• Monthly safety and performance bonus of up to $0.06 per mile

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• Valid Class A CDL
• At least six months of recent driving experience preferred
• CDL graduates must have completed at least 120 hours at an accredited truck driving school
• New CDL graduates may be considered in Pennington, Birmingham, and Montgomery, Alabama
• Fairly clean driving record, including no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past five years
• No DUI convictions within the past five years
• No felony or misdemeanor convictions within the past 10 years, subject to applicable law
• Must not have been terminated from the most recent job
• Stable 10-year work history, excluding school or training periods, with no significant gaps
• Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens
