365 Freight USA is seeking CDL graduates to begin a regional driving career with paid mentor instruction before transitioning to a solo role in the Eastern Regional Fleet.

You will haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly or bi-weekly home time, enjoying company-paid tolls, a fuel program, and 24/7 dispatch support. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401(k) plan are offered from day one.

Formación

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsabilidades

• Complete paid mentor program with one-on-one instruction.
• Move to solo driving with an assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.
• Haul no-touch dry van freight across the region.
• Weekly or bi-weekly home time available.
• Support is available 24/7 via dispatch.

Now turn that training into a full-time regional driving career with 365 Freight USA.This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training. You will start with paid one-on-one mentor instruction before moving into your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.What Will I Earn?Training pays $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600-$1,800+ per week.Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.What Kind of Freight Will I Haul?You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet.
