Job summary

You will join 365 Freight USA in Louisville, KY, starting as a trainee with a paid mentor, then transition to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet. You will haul no-touch dry van freight and receive structured support as you begin your driving career.

Training pays $850 per week during mentor; after completion, solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800 per week or more, with home time weekly or biweekly. Benefits start day one, with insurance options and retirement plans.

You earned your Class A CDL. Now turn your training into a full-time regional driving career based in Louisville, Kentucky, with 365 Freight USA. This opportunity is designed for recent graduates of accredited CDL schools who have completed at least 120 hours of training.You will begin with paid, one-on-one mentor instruction before transitioning to your own assigned truck on the Eastern Regional Fleet.Training pays $850 per week. After successfully completing the mentor program, expected solo earnings are $1,600–$1,800 or more per week. Orientation is paid, and drivers are paid every Friday.You will haul no-touch dry van freight throughout the Eastern Regional Fleet.
