Job summary

365 Freight USA in Jackson, TN is seeking CDL-A graduates to start a paid mentorship with mentored instruction before taking an assigned truck in the Eastern Regional Fleet. You’ll haul no-touch dry van freight with weekly pay and home time options.

Training pay is $850/week and solo earnings after mentor completion are $1,600–$1,800+ per week. Company provides benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance from day one, 401(k), paid time off, holidays, and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Recent graduation from an accredited CDL school.
• Minimum of 120 hours of CDL training.
• Satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to meet U.S. Department of Transportation and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements.
• Willingness to learn, communicate professionally, and operate safely.

Responsibilities
